Beach morning glory is a lovely native vine perfect for dry sandy areas as it’s common name depicts. It’s naturally found on beach dunes. Being a pioneer species, it can be used for beach restoration and stabilization. Or use it in the home landscape as ground-cover along a hot driveway, up a trellis or in a hanging basket. Wherever it is hot, dry and sunny, this is your plant.

Pollinators adore the purplish-pink blooms summer-fall. As with other morning glories, it’s flowers open in the morning and only last one day. It’s a prolific bloomer for those dry areas.
