Restrictions

Due to agricultural regulations and the high cost of shipping large containers, we have some restrictions on certain plant sizes and destinations.

NO SHIPPING of 3-gallon (+) container sizes

We DO NOT SHIP to the following states:

Texas (TX)

Louisiana (LA)

California (CA)

Arizona (AZ)

IF AN ORDER IS PLACED FOR SHIPPING WITH A 3G (+) IT WILL BE CANCELLED OR DONATED. You will have the option of a full refund or donation to a local Nassau County project. ​

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. These restrictions help us ensure compliance with state laws and keep our shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

Summer Shipping
While we offer year-round shipping to accommodate our valued customers, we want you to be aware of the risks. We do not guarantee plants shipped during the hot summer months. We highly recommend shipping during the cooler months from October to March for the best results. Afterall, dormant plants transplant the easiest!

How We Ship Your Plants
We take great care in preparing your order for a safe journey.

• The plants are removed from their pots and a minimal amount of dirt is removed from the root ball.

• The plant's root ball is then packed in a plastic wrap and secured tightly.

• Plants are placed in boxes and protected by recyclable  packing material.

• All plants are shipped via USPS.

• Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Donation Option
If you live in one of the restricted states and see a plant you love, you can still purchase it to be donated to a local county park. This is a wonderful way to contribute to local ecosystems and help spread native plants in your area!
